2022 Weingut Hermann Ludes Thörnicher Ritsch 'Im Schneidersberg' Kabinett T, Mosel, Germany Ovum and chamomile wrapped in gentle 20449 and chamomile wrapped in gentle tea like tannin Being pressed after about 2 weeks at dryness From a newly acquired parcel in the wind swept Schneidersberg section part of the Thörnicher Berg – this is in a side valley behind the main Ritsch and has a southwest exposition as opposed to most of the other sites listed here which face directly south The 2022 is the first vintage for Ludes from this newly acquired prime parcel and the “T” is code for DRY – just don’t tell the German authorities
