About this piece

Description

Gandalf (RSD Exclusive) fg_Release Date_2023 02 21 It was recorded in seven It was recorded in seven days in August of 1996 and released in November of that same year and it was immediately clear that his presence would steer the group’s sound in a new more modern direction the production of the album was created on the spot in the studio with arrangements being thrown about and the incredibly haunted vocals being recorded directly from the band’s PA using a Binson Echorec to make this innovative sound (Pink Floyd later used the same echo unit to great effect) Jackpot Records proudly announce Gandalf’s 1969 self titled release
