How should I interpret a sample, preview, or demonstration of a product?
Do not treat presentation quality as proof of every product claim. If an example is customized, ask whether the same arrangement is available to you.
What should I check when reading a translated product listing?
Treat awkward or ambiguous wording as a reason to clarify an important detail. Check the currency separately from translated price descriptions.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Explain what you expected based on the documented description. Separate observable facts from your interpretation of those facts.
