What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?
Ask which statement applies to the exact selection you intend to purchase. Treat an unanswered question as uncertainty rather than implied confirmation.
What should I check when current terms differ from my saved order information?
Do not assume a current general page fully describes an earlier agreement. Distinguish a proposed change from one that has been clearly documented.
What should I clarify if I need to communicate with a seller in another language?
Do not assume a translated listing means support is available in the same language. Ask which support channel is best suited to written clarification.
